Are you a master of organization with a passion for real estate? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Administrative Assistant with Yardi expertise and solid commercial property management experience to join our growing team.
This is more than just an admin role - it's a chance to be the backbone of high-profile property operations. You'll work side-by-side with experienced professionals managing Class A commercial assets, support meaningful tenant relationships, and keep our operations running smoothly and smartly.
What You'll Do:
Be the right hand to our property management team - handling scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and keeping our processes on point.
Use Yardi like a pro to manage leases, rent rolls, vendor records, work orders, and financial data.
Help prepare monthly reports, budgets, and variance analysis - yes, the numbers matter, and you'll help make sense of them.
Keep communication flowing between tenants, vendors, and internal teams - whether it's maintenance requests or lease updates, you'll be the go-to.
Manage invoice processing, utility billing, and purchase orders - attention to detail is your superpower.
Track and update certificates of insurance (COIs), lease expirations, and vendor compliance items.
Help onboard new tenants with welcome packages, move-in coordination, and first impressions that set the tone.
Support inspections, compliance tracking, and general property upkeep - think of it as keeping the building's heartbeat steady.
Keep our digital and physical files clean, organized, and up-to-date - chaos has no place here.
What You Bring:
2+ years of commercial property management experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
Advanced skills in Yardi (this is a must - you'll be using it daily).
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and comfortable learning new platforms.
Organized, proactive, and a natural problem-solver - you see what needs doing before anyone says it.
Professional communication skills - written, verbal, and always courteous.
A knack for balancing priorities - you can juggle without dropping the ball.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
We're a collaborative, high-performance team that values integrity, hustle, and heart. We manage top-tier properties, and we take pride in the spaces we create and maintain. You'll have room to grow, a chance to make an impact, and the satisfaction of knowing you're part of something big.
